The Evan E Worthing Senior High School Alumni Association has established a set of By Laws in
accordance with operating as a non-profit 501c3 organization.

Section IV – Executive Board

This section states the Executive Board shall consist of elected officers of the Alumni
Association, Committee Chairpersons, and the immediate past President (Members).
It also describes the meetings, absence from consecutive meetings and duties of the board
members.

Section III – Duties of Officers

This section describes the duties of each elected board member:

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary (Recording and Corresponding)
• Treasurer/ Assistant Treasurer
• Parliamentarian
• Chaplain
• Sergeant-at-Arms

The Evan E. Worthing Senior High Alumni Association does not have an assigned Faculty or
Staff.
All officers, committee chairs, advisors, and volunteers are members of the association or
supporting groups.
